Terms of field participation.

These terms govern the public GROUND pilot. By submitting a video, you agree to the rules below. Last updated 30 September 2026.

Eligibility and safety

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to record in the location. Follow store rules and local law. Do not enter restricted areas, disturb staff, film identifiable people, or create a safety risk. You may stop at any time.

Your footage

Submit footage you recorded yourself, without edits that change the meaning of the evidence. You retain ownership. You grant GROUND a nonexclusive right to store, review, analyze and use submitted footage to produce aggregated or licensed field observations. Raw footage remains private; public disclosure would require separate consent.

Review and publication

GROUND may accept, reject or remove a report if the evidence is incomplete, duplicative, misleading or unsafe to publish. A receipt confirms upload, not acceptance. An accepted report may be summarized in the public tape with precise location and contact details removed.

Reward terms

The current pilot briefs do not offer payment or tokenized shares. Submitting them does not earn a reward. A future paid brief must show its exact reward, funding source, eligibility and payout conditions before participation. Any tokenized security payout would be subject to provider availability, identity checks, legal restrictions and separate terms. A GROUND token has not been issued through this site.

Reliability

GROUND provides field observations, not investment advice or guarantees about a public company. A store observation can be incomplete, incorrect or stale. Use independent sources before any financial decision.
